The FIRM Super Cardio - Review


The FIRM Super Cardio Mix is a 66 minute cardio workout that is signature FIRM. It contains low box step combos, four limb movement, hi-lo floor aerobics, and plyo sets. This is a good workout with good music.
It features FIRM Master Instructors Allie Strickland (Del Rio), Carissa Foster, Dale Brabham and Jen Carmen. Along with using a short box, it also used light dumbbells, and a medicine ball.
The length of the workout and the plyo sets is what makes this workout tough.
