The miles are : Mile 1: Energy Boost - 16:31 Mile 2: Pumped Up Pace - 14:28 Mile 3: Brain Training - 15:58 Mile 4: Waistline Work - 16:05 Mile 5: Jog and Jive - 14:42 There is a warm up and cool down (both clock in at 5:53) and a count down timer that appears for each of the miles.
