Cathe Power Hour - Review

Power Hour is about a 60 minute workout. It is a weight endurance workout that features 10 sections/songs. The 10 sections are: 1) Warmup - The warmup used a barbell. The exercises that Cathe performed in this warmup were Squats, barbell rows, upright rows, bicep, and lunges. I did not like the warmup. I do not like using weights to warmup. I feel you are not really warming up. You are already working out. 2) Squats and Plie squats 3) Chest - Pushups, chest flys, chest press 4) Back - Barbell Rows (both underhanded and overhanded grip) and deadlifts 5) Lunges - One set using the barbell and one using dumbells 6) Shoulder - front raise (using a plate), lateral raise, rear shoulder press, and front shoulder press. 7) Biceps - barbell curl 8) Triceps - lying french extension using the barbell, and 1 arm kickbacks 9) Abs 10) Coolddown. - not really a cooldown but Cathe does stretch you out. July Fitness Goal

Well My Goal for July is weight loss. This was the same goal I had for June. In the month of June, I lost a total of 8.8lbs. I am very happy about that. However, from when I started which was April 5th, I have only lost 15lbs. 15lbs in 83 days. I was hoping to be further along than that, but at least I am not where I used to be. So I will take it and try to keep moving forward.

Found these stuff somewhere: I think they were both drawn at various amusement parks that I have been to. The drawing on the left is from 2001 and the drawing on the right is from 1998. I remember having to be very still when the artist was working.
