In Anytime Mobility, Cathe takes your through a series of body weight exercises that are designed to increase your mobility and range of motion. Cathe works in a 360 degree plane, meaning, you are doing the moves at various angles and levels (standing, seated, and lying).

Cathe states that the workout is not meant to be easy and that you should work through each area as best you can.  I guess that is why I like some moves better than others. But overall, the workout was okay.
