April 2017 - Monthly Rotation

This month I will be doing primarily Cathe workouts with a little bit of Jessica Smith sprinkled in.

Week 1 will be Cathe ICE workouts.
Week 2 will be Cathe Strong and Sweaty workouts.
Week 3 will be Cathe Ripped w/ HiiT workouts.
Week 4 will be Cathe FitTower workouts and Jessica Smith Walking Weight loss workout.
