May 2017
This month will be anchored by Jessica Smith and Cathe workouts.  I am adding in a couple of dance workouts, stretch workouts, Red Hot Fitness workouts, and Les Mills On Demand workouts.
I am also bumping up my mileage on the treadmill from three to four miles.
