Also on this sub-menu you can "Play Selected Order", "Cancel Selections" or return to the "Main Menu".
In each of the 1 miles segments, a countdown clock pops up at the 8 minute mark. There is also an advance exerciser and a beginner modifier. The warm up and cool down are about 5 minutes each.

The Brain Booster mile clocks in at 14:54 and while you are walking, Jessica throws various patterns at you that require a bit of coordination and requires you to think a bit. A few of the exercises include moving the arms in two different directions, alternating hamstring and shin taps, toe tap side punch patterns, and opposite thumb and pinkie pattern.

Belly, Buns and Thigh miles clocks in at 14:10. This particular mile incorporated lots of rotation core exercises , walking squats, hamstring curl, and knee raises.

Power Posture Walk is 14:57 in length. Along with basic walking, Jessica throws in these moves: chicken head, V to W pulls, chest press, rear back press, shoulder rotation and swim.  I really felt this particular mile in my shoulders. Most of the exercises included shoulder work.

The Turbo Charge Walk is your fastest mile clocking in at 12:48.  There is jogging in this mile; and when you are walking, you are walking to a faster tempo than the other miles.
Zigzag double side steps, jacks, alternating knee slaps, and alternating side taps are some of the exercises in this mile.

There is a dance flare to the Boogie Down Mile.  It is 14:51 in time. Front toe taps, funky walk, heel digs, cha cha cha, and west African double side step are some of the moves that appear in this segment.

Bonus workout #1 is Strong Feet and Ankles, It clocks in at 15:05.  Jessica uses a chair, a towel, and a mat in this workout.  Spreading the toes, ankle circles, big toe raise, crunches for the feet and foot massages are the various exercises or movements you are performing in this workout.
This workout was challenging, especially trying to raise just the big toe and performing the toe crunches.

Bonus workout #2 Strong Knees and Hips is a mini lower body workout.  Clocking in at 15:44, you are doing as series of exercises, usually for around 8 reps each. Please see table for list of exercises.  A chair and a mat are used in this workout. This one was my favorite segment on the whole DVD.
