Jari Love Get Extremely Ripped! Body Rock - Thoughts

Jari's Love Get Extremely Ripped! Body Rock is about 72 minutes in length and it contains the following sections:
Introductions
Complete Workout
High/Low Workout
Dance Workout
Weight & Abs
Ripped Tips

If you do the complete workout, there is a warm up, followed by the aerobics sections where you alternate dance with high/low aerobics. Then comes the Weights and Abs section followed by a cool down.
Jari leads the warm up by herself. The aerobics sections features three minute dance sections and two minute high/low sections. The dance and high/low sections each have their own cast.
Aerobic segments

Guitar Knee - High/low

Heel up - Cool down for the Aerobic Sections

Weights & Abs - This section features lots of reps using light weight.
Squats & Hamstrings (Dead lifts)
Chest & Triceps
Back & Wide Squats
Biceps & Shoulders
Abs
Cool Down for the Weight sections

I like the aerobic segments (both the dance and high/low) better than the weight segments. And, while you are doing moves over and over, I didn't feel they were terribly repetitive. I might have had a little bit of this feeling (repetitiveness) with the High/low portion. Jari does show different variations during this portion of the workout.
The sculpting portion is decent as well - just lots of reps. There is a 30 second clock as the different segments come to an end.
Jari leads the high/low and weight segments. Angie (a professional dancer) leads the dance portion.

The music is good. It has a bit of a high energy beat to it. The set is well lit but dark. There are shadow reflections throughout. Along with weights, a mat is also used.

3 & 1/4 stars
