"Have a Great Trip! How to work the Plan on Vacation." was this week's topic. We discuss two alternatives you can adopt to ensure that your success will not be derailed. First alternative is to simply try to maintain where you are at when your vacation begins and the second alternative is to keep on loosing.
My leader did throw out an interesting stat. He stated that the "average person gains 8 lbs while on vacation".

Besides the fee for the 17 weeks, I have spent over $100 on Weight Watchers products much of which I will review in the coming weeks and as I get more familiar with them.
