Tracie Long Metabolic Strength Vol 5 & Volume 6 - Thoughts

  The  two workouts in Metabolic Strength are Rock Solid which is your Volume 5 and Volume 6 is Heat It Up. Both workouts clock in at around 30 minutes.  The workouts are a combination of compound strength moves and functional cardio. There is no cool down. In both workouts, the workout ends abruptly.  I like the length of the workouts. I did not care for the cardio in Heat it Up, but I like the weight and strength exercises in both workouts.
