Holly Perkins Baladea Calm - Thoughts

Baladea Calm is a 24 minute meditation workout. For almost the whole 24 minutes, you are lying supine listening to Holly guide you through the meditation that is suppose to motivate and destress you.  This workout is for your mind.

Towards the end of the workout, you return to the sitting position.

I like the this workout but would have liked it to be shorter or maybe have the option to do one of two 12 minute workouts and then "play all" for 24 minutes.
