Les Mills Pump Revolution - Thoughts

Les Mills Pump Revolution is approximately 57 minutes in length. It follows the same format as the other Pump workouts in that you are pretty much doing the same sequence of exercises. However in this workout, there is a Biceps track and a Triceps track added.
One of the instructors stated that by the end of the workout you will have done 800 plus reps.  That is a lot.  
The instructors change in and out, each one teaching a different section, and one instructor is the modifier.  I didn't like the sound track in this workout as much as the Pump and Shred, but still I got a good workout.
