July 2023 Monthly Rotation

More STS 2.0

I am doing the workouts in a different order than originally planned.

Week 1 will be Phase 2 workouts

Week 2 will be a return to Phase 1 workouts.

Week 3 will be Phase 3 workouts. 

Week 4 will finish off Phase 3 and a couple of the recovery workouts.

I am going to do the Ab workouts and some of the recovery workout on Saturday.

And as usual, Sunday will be treadmill day.
