Jessica Smith Walk Strong 3 Disc 6 15-Minute Mix - Thoughts

Disc 6 is 15-Minute Mix in Jessica Smith's 8-Week Home Fitness Program.  This DVD contains five 15-minute workouts. 
The workouts:
  • 1-Mile of Motivation
  • Total Body Training
  • Streamline Sculpt
  • Add on Abs
  • Total Stretch
In 1-Mile of Motivation, Jessica takes you through a quick one mile walk.  Jessica includes various patterns and she gives you the option to jog if you want.

In Total Body Training, you are doing three mini circuits that include compound exercises - includes standing and floor work.  This workout uses a light and heavy dumbbells.

Streamline Sculpt is a total body workout that emphasizes the core.  There is a two minute warm up.  Then Jessica takes you through three circuits.  This workout includes standing and floor work. Ending cool down/stretch in only around  11 seconds.

Add on Abs is your core workout.  This workout only uses a mat.  There is a brief warm up. Core work includes standing and floor based work.  The standing portion includes balance work and the floor work includes supine, prone and side ab work.

Total Stretch is a standing and floor based stretch workout.  Jessica hits all parts of the body. This workout was filmed outdoors.
