Cathe FitTower Advanced Total Body - Thoughts

FitTower Advanced Total Body is a 50 minute workout that consist of seven rounds.  The rounds are divided by muscle group.  There are two rounds dedicated to legs and then a round for each upper body part.  You are doing approximately 2-sets of 16 reps per exercise. In the second set, Cathe typical varies the rep pattern.

Along with the FitTower you are also using a bench but that is just for the first two rounds.  After doing chest, Cathe has you clear the step out of the way.

There is a lot of adjustment of the bar going on.  Depending on the exercise , Cathe will tell you to move the FitTower bar up or down and she tells you what number she is putting it on.  My problem was that I have an old FitTower and the numbers do not match up.

This workout moves fairly quickly and has a great sound track.
Other equipment used included a band, dumbbells and a barbell.
