Cathe FitTower Advanced Legs, Glutes, & Core - Thoughts

FitTower Advanced Legs, Glutes, & Core is a 47 minute workout that uses the FitTower, a mat, a stretch band and an optional loop band.  After the warm up, Cathe takes you through a series of high rep pulse leg and glute exercises.  Cathe does vary the rep pattern and on some exercises you are working on the ball of you feet.  Cathe does switch sides after each exercise group.  The Leg & Glutes segment is mostly standing. The last two exercises are performed from the floor.

The Core segment is performed mostly from the supine and seated positions.  Cathe uses the FitTower as  a prop or reference point as she is working over and under the barre on some moves.

The workout conclude with a seven minute FitTower stretch.

FitTower Unit is a barre like device that can also be used to hold a barbell for weighted exercises.  The barre adjust to various heights by unlocking the clips. You adjust the barre and then release the clips ensuring that they locked in the holes along the side of tower.
