10 Minute Solution Ultimate Boot Camp features Jessica Smith as the lead.
The five 10 Minute workouts are:
Fat Fighting Skills & Drills
Ultimate Total Body Training
Ultimate Upper Body Training
Ultimate Lower Body Training
Six Pack Ab Attack

Fat Fighting Skills & Drills is an interval workout.that features high knees, skates, cone runs, ski hops, squat thrust (burpees) plank jacks, side shuffle touchdowns, trench crawls, jumping jacks. Jessica has you constantly moving in this workout.  Your recovery is jogging between drills.  Also there is lots of plank work in this workout.

Ultimate Total Body Training uses a set of dumbbells and you also need a mat.  This workout contains several sets of compound exercises that work the lower and upper body at the same time.  For instance, squat into clean and press, static lunges with a one arm row.  Also Jessica put in a lot of power moves such as slam bag squat jumps, power squats, planks lunges and jumping jacks.
Ultimate Upper Body Training uses a set of dumbbells and an mat.  In this workout, Jessica hits every muscle of the upper body with mostly traditional and some functional exercises.  The lower body is used also with isometric holds while you are performing the upper body move.

Ultimate Lower Body Training uses just your body weight to work the lower body.   There is some single leg work and double leg work.  Side lunges, single leg squats, three count lunges, lunge power switch kicks are some of the exercises that appear.  You are constantly moving in this workout so there is a bit of  a cardio factor.
Six Pack Ab Attack uses a mat.  Jessica warms you up with a torso twist.  You then do a mud crawl followed by a crunch series.  Other exercises are alternating oblique taps, alternating side planks, plank holds, knee elbow crunch, and mountain climbers.


Most of the workouts are closer to 11 minutes than to 10 minutes. This  was not my favorite workout.
I really only liked the Ultimate Lower Body Workout.  The rest were just okay.
