Cathe STS 2.0 Active Rocovery + Total Body Stretch

Another one of the recovery workouts in STS 2.0 Muscle & Recovery is Active Recovery + Total Body Stretch. 

Active Recovery clocks in at just under 12-minute.  It is a workout that takes you through a series of mobility and range-of-motion exercises.  

Total Body Stretch clocks in over 23-minutes and it takes you through the series of  extended stretches for the the entire body.

Double Active Recovery + Total Body Stretch - 40:49
