The Ying Yang Fusion Workout with Guillermo Gomez and Jessica Smith

The Yin Yang Fusion Workout. I have had the DVD for ages. I thought I had done it before but did not find a review for it.  I did it this week as an add-on.  The DVD contains five 15-minute workouts.  All the workout had a martial arts influences.  The DVD Menu Introduction (1) Cardio:  Expansion & Contraction (2) Total Body:  Strength & Flexibility (3) Lower Body:  Rhythm & Balance (4) Core:  Power & Flow (5) Relax:  Movement & Stillness Play All Guillermo Gomez leads workout 1 Cardio Expansion & Contraction .  This workout is kickboxing based.  Guillermo teaches a combo that  he repeats on the right and then the left.  This workout reminded me of his longer Fat Burning Kickboxing workouts.  Very easy to do and follow. I AM Meditations Series with Elise Joans is part of Elise's BarreBlend workout program.  Elise includes sixty 4-minute meditation sessions that start with the words I AM.  The program also comes with daily motivational I AM cards that you can buy from BeachBody or download and print as a PDF.  I love the mini-meditations sessions.  Mostly because they are not very long. Just enough time to set the tone for your day with words of inspiration, encouragement, and affirmations to enjoy your day and go after your goals.  I find the I AM program to be up lifting. BeachBody Relaxation & Meditation Unstressed - Thoughts

BeachBody Unstress program is part of BeachBody's Relaxation & Meditations series.  Unstress is a 21-Day program that consists of twenty-one 10-minute meditations by different Unplug Meditation instructors.  The series is hosted by Suze Yalof Schwartz.   Suze introduces the program in a 4-minute Get Started segment. And as you go through the program she introduces and summarizes each session.  This is the only thing that I really did not like about the meditations. I find her introductions and summaries unnecessary and would prefer to have the meditation just start with the instructors. This is my second time doing these meditations.  The first time I did the series, I did them back to back as a 21 day program over 21 days.  This time around I only did the Unstress meditations on the weekends and I did the shorter Barre Blend IAM meditations during the week. BeachBody Controlled Stretch with Autumn Calabrese - Thoughts

Controlled Stretch is an add-on program to Autumn Calabrese Beach Body Control Freak 9 week program.  Control Stretch contains 45 stretches that if you are doing the Control Freak program, you are to do on the same night before you go to bed. The stretches are 5 to 10 minutes in length.  You do 5 stretches a week for 9 weeks. I did not do and have not done the Control Freak program but I did add these nightly stretches to my own workout routine for 9 weeks.   Each workout is different, although you are performing similar or the same stretches throughout. Autumn tailors the nighttime stretches based on the workout she had you do in the morning as part of the Control Freak program.   All the workouts are performed barefoot. Several of the stretches use a play ball.  You will need a wall for some of the stretches. March 2022 Monthly Rotation

  March 2022 Monthly Rotation March's rotation started in February and will finish up in April. I am still doing 5K Treadmill runs on Sunday. I have been running the whole 5K without stopping. For March, I will work on increasing my speed. Monday - Cathe Lower Body Strength Tuesday - Cathe Upper Body Strength Wednesday - Susan Chung Kickboxing Thursday - Cathe Lower Body Strength Friday - Cathe Upper Body Strength Saturday - Vibration Platform followed by a stretch workout. Last week will be Michelle Dozois Metabolic Peak 10 workouts.
