  September 2021 Monthly Workout Schedule

This month consisted of Beach Body Les Mills Pump program, outdoor walking, treadmill walking, Barre Amped Stretching, and KCM 30 Minute-to-fitness workouts.

I also did Cathe 2021 workouts, and I got in some old school Amy Bento workouts. Forgot how much I loved Amy Bento Kickbox workouts.
