Cathe Step Boss PHA3 - Thoughts

Step Boss Peripheral Heart Action (PHA) 3 clocks in at just under 55 minutes.  In this iteration of PHA, Cathe takes you through two blocks or rounds of alternating lower and upper body exercises.

The first block consist of 8  lower and upper body exercises. After performing all 8 exercises. You repeat the whole group for a second set.
The second block consist of 6 lower and upper body exercises that follow the same pattern as the first block. You are doing two sets of all exercises.

There's lots of platform work in PHA3. On quite a few of the exercises you are removing the step platform and working just with that piece of equipment. There are also a lot more functional and body weight moves than previous PHAs.

I was trying to figure out why this workout was 10-minutes longer than the other two. I think it is because there is more single sided work in PHA3. Meaning, you are doing a move focused on your left side and then you repeat the move on your right side. And you are doing this twice throughout the workout.  This takes up more time than doing a move than incorporates both sides.
The only thing I do not like about this workout is that it is a 55 minute workout. I much preferred the 44 minute lengths of the last two.
