Guillermo Gomez Martial Fusion Fitness Kickboxing - Thoughts

Martial Fusion Fitness Kickboxing is a 58 minute cardio kickboxing workouts. Along with Guillermo, there are two other cast members however there is not a beginner modifier.

The warm up is 8 minute.  In the warm up, Guillermo introduces basic steps, punching and stretching.
In the main part of the workout you do a series of drill base punching and cardio moves, alternated with kickboxing combos.

The punching moves are jabs, hooks, and uppers.
Cardio moves are jumping jacks, cross jacks, jump rope, double side shuffle, and grapevine.
Some of the kickboxing combos include:
Four Jab Cross + Step Knee + Round kick
Upper - Hook - Cross
Double Jab - Cross - Jab
Jab - Cross - Hook - Upper - Front Kick
The workout pretty much moves non-stop from move to move. There are transition moves such as boxer shuffle or side steps.  There are also 3 sets of  squats interspersed throughout the workout.

The cool down/stretch is about 6 minutes in length.  In this segment, Guillermo includes rotational trunk twist, groin stretch and a set up push ups.

The workout was very easy and simple to follow. The music had a high energy beat that drove the workout.  Along with teaching the workout, Guillermo offers inspirational tips throughout the workout. I do wish the workout was chaptered better. There are only three chapter points in the main workout.
