The FIRM ZipTrainer Cycle 2 Peak! - Review Continues

The third workout on the ZipTrainer Cycle 2 Peak! disc is AMP Reps 2.  Recall that AMP stands for As Many Possible reps.  AMP Reps 2 is lead by Annie.  Kelsie and Stephanie are the background exercisers.  Stephanie is on beginner modification detail.
If you add the warm up and cool down, you will get Emily for those sections as this workout uses the warm up and cool down from the AMP Reps 1 workout.
If you choose the Customize Your Workout options, you can choose any of the Cycle 1 warm ups and Cycle 1 cool downs.  I just think considering these workout are so short (15 minutes for all the main workouts) the Peak workouts should have been given their own warm up and cool down.  If you want to do just the Peak workouts as a single workout on their own, it comes across as very disjointed with abrupt switches, especially leading out of the main workout and into the cool down.
Because you will get Alison, Kelsie and Annie introducing their workouts including introducing  the cast members and then the workouts start and a different instructor and cast appears for the warm up, the workouts cut back to Alison, Kelsie or Annie, and then for the cool down goes back to the cast for the warm up.  If you are using the Customize Your Workout option, then I don't think it will make much difference.

Now with all that being said,  AMP Reps 2, not my favorite of the bunch.  I like the concept of the workout, just not the exercises chosen.
Annie does demonstrate each move before she starts the 30 second countdown timer.
Annie includes her own stretch-cool down at the end of this workout. Probably the last minute of this 15 minute workout was Annie going through a cool down.  If you chose to do the AMP Reps 2 workout,  then you will get Emily's cool down from AMP Reps 1 to follow.
Weights, the Core Ball and of course the ZipTrainer are the equipment used in this workout.
