August 2012 Monthly Rotation

For August 2012
Well I am going to start training for my 10K which is in October. So the rotation looks like:
Sunday - Treadmill, the plan is to walk/run 6.2 miles
Monday - Jari Love Muscle Toning
Tuesday - Amy Bento Hi Lo
Wednesday - Metabolic Training and Rebounding
Thursday - Amy Bento Kickboxing
Friday - Metabolic Training and Rebounding
Saturday - Rest
