Kickboxing Cardio Burn is about 62 minutes in length. The warm up and cool down are about 5 minutes each. This workout is pretty good. To be honest, I was dreading it. I thought 62 minutes of triple jabs, knees smashes and vsteps , I am going to go crazy. Yes there are triple jabs and knee smashes but no vsteps . This workout has more variety than many of Guillermo's other workouts. Although it only features one combo that Guillermo builds up throughout the workout. So even though you think you are done with the combo, Guillermo keeps coming back to it - all the way until the cool down. There is a decent lower body kick section, that feature knee smash, front kick, crescent knee and then the roundhouse. There is a lot of repetition, mostly drill based. Double jacks, jump ropes. speed bags, criss -cross are some of the moves that show up between learning and doing the combos. The choreography is very basic and easy to follow.
