February 2022 Monthly Rotation

Most of February will be Kelly Coffey-Meyer 30-Minute to Fitness workouts.  My goal for the 30MTF workouts is to go heavy on the weight workouts and to push on the cardio workouts.

Other days will be filled with:

Sunday - 5K Treadmill runs, followed by 10-Minute Solution Stretch workouts   

Monday - Body weight Leg workouts using Ilaria BodyStrike workouts                                  

Saturday - Cathe extended stretch workouts

I am still doing Autumn's Control Stretch nightly workouts.
