Jeanette Jenkins Bikini Boot Camp 2 - Thoughts

Bikini Boot Camp 2 clocks in at 62 minutes.  Like the previous version, it features a beach inspired setting.  The music is up tempo.  Along with Jeanette, there are two other cast members. Jeanette states that this workout is intermediate to advance. DVD Menu Plat All with music Play All without music, Instruction Only Chapters     Warm up     Cardio Chisel Camp 1     Cardio Chisel Camp 2     Cardio Chisel Camp 3     Precision Camp 1     Precision Camp 2     Pilates Camp     Stretch Camp The warm up is about 5 minutes.  In Cardio Chisel Camp , the first two segments are cardio based and in the third segment, Jeanette adds a pair of dumbbells. I was thinking that there was going to be more weight work than it was but there was not a lot.  Jeanette used three pound dumbbells in this segment. Bikini Boot Camp by Jeanette Jenkins is approximately 75 minutes in length if you do the whole workout.   DVD Menu Introduction Play All Warm-Up Cardio Camp Chisel Camp Ab Camp Stretch Camp Cardio Camp segments consist of 5 cardio camps. In each cardio camp, Jeanette repeats the moves 3 to 4 times.  The total segment clocks in at 28 minutes. CC1 - Star Jacks, Jog-Run, Single Knee Hops, Skate CC2 - Kickboxing drills CC3 - Pendulum, squat thrust, shuffle tap down, 2 knee-2 kicks CC4 - Boxing drills CC5 - Sports drills Chisel Camp segments consist of 2 strength sculpting segments and has a running length of 25 minutes. Jeanette repeats each segment twice.  Jeannette uses "heavier" dumbbells in first chisel segment and a "lighter" pair of dumbbells in the second segment. April 2023 Monthly Rotation

April 2023 I have a couple of trips plan in April.   Workouts this month include The FIRM BSS3 workouts, Jeanette Jenkins Bikini Bootcamp workouts, Essentrics Body Sculpting 1 and 2 workouts and I am going to bring back Simone's Cardio Dance workouts. I did these workouts back in February. I want to see how much I remember of the routines. Sunday treadmill workouts will be iFIT 5KUSA program. I will probably be doing this series for awhile as this particular program hits all 50 states. Happy April everyone.
